What we collect

If you request an appraisal, we ask for your property address, name, phone number and email address. We also receive information you choose to give us when you contact us directly.

When you use the website, our hosting provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the pages requested. We use Google Analytics to understand visits and how people use the site. It may collect page addresses, interactions, device and browser information, approximate location and identifiers stored in cookies. Search terms you enter on the listings page appear in the page address, so please do not enter personal details there.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to enquiries and arrange an appraisal. We use website activity information to understand and improve the site, and technical information to operate and protect it.

Who helps us provide the site

We use Cloudflare to host the website, Resend to send website enquiries to our team, and Google Analytics to measure website use. These providers receive the information needed to provide their services. Resend processes email data in the United States. Google and Cloudflare may process information outside Australia.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits and understand how the site is used. You can manage or block cookies in your browser. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to deal with your request, manage our relationship with you and meet any applicable legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
